Shipping & Delivery
At Canova Home, we are committed to ensuring your purchase arrives promptly and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below for more details.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your order confirmation.
Shipping Time
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 5 business days if you ordered an in-store item, or 5 business days if you ordered a drop-shipped item.
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information from FedEx if you ordered an in-store item, or from the drop-shipping carrier once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- All packages are fully insured.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Issues
- If you experience any issues with your delivery or if your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at shop@canovahome.com or (303) 413-3050. We will work diligently to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
All items are shipped insured. If a box arrives to you in a damaged or torn condition please do not throw away ANY packaging until all has been resolved! If the original packaging is missing it completely voids the insurance.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at shop@canovahome.com or (303) 413-3050. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that address changes may not be possible once your order has been shipped.
Return/Exchange Policy
At Canova Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Custom or special orders are final sale.
Lighting is final sale if box is missing or any wires have been cut.
Items which must be sent by freight are not returnable unless damaged in shipping.

Return Process
- To return an item, please visit us in store or contact our customer service team at shop@canovahome.com or (303) 413-3050 to initiate the return process.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please contact us at at shop@canovahome.com or (303) 413-3050 to ensure the desired item is in stock.
- Follow the return process as outlined above, and we will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
Cancel Order
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at shop@canovahome.com or (303) 413-3050. Provide your order number and any other relevant details to help us locate and process your cancellation request.
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
